In order to update payment details on your SYO Instalment Plan, SYO must remove the saved payment information on our secure payment gateway through Stripe.
Once removed, you will receive an automated email close to your next payment date that includes an invoice for the next instalment amount.
Please settle this invoice using the method to be used for the remainder of the payment plan. You can use a Credit Card or Bank Account. The new payment details will be saved in our secure payment gateway for the remaining instalments.
Please allow up to 5 business days for payment details to be updated on your plan.
