YOC Concert Inverell

SYO’s Youth Orchestral Camp will see SYO’s Symphonic Wind Orchestra and Peter Seymour Orchestra with new recruits from regional NSW and the Sapphire City Concert Band joining us for this concert at Inverell Town Hall.

Prepare to be delighted as the Symphonic Wind Orchestra and Peter Seymour Orchestra harness the energy of a week at camp!

SYO’s residential Youth Orchestral Camp provides young musicians from across regional NSW with the opportunity to access high-level orchestral tuition through large ensemble rehearsals, instrumental tutorials and performances.

The YOC program has been established with the support of Create NSW.

Sydney Youth Orchestras acknowledges the traditional owners of the land on which we work, rehearse, gather and perform; the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. We pay our respect to Elders past and present, the original storytellers of these lands where we learn and create music today. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and honour the continuation of the oldest music practice in the world.
