Start the festive season off with beautiful carols and advent readings at St Bridgid’s church in Coogee On December 10th 2023

A choral and orchestral celebration of Christmas featuring musicians of The Sydney Youth Orchestra and singers of Australian opera.

The service will commence at 7.00pm sharp. It is being recorded for broadcast. Latecomers may be held back from entering until an appropriate break. You are invited to join us for a complementary celebratory drink after the concert, in the adjacent hall from 8.00pm-9.00pm. This generous invitation is thanks to our wonderful wine partners Angullong Wines.

Sydney Youth Orchestras acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of the unceded land on which we perform today, and their connections to land, water and community.
We pay our respect to Elders past and present, the original storytellers of these lands where we learn and create music
today. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and honour their continuation of the oldest music practice in the world.
