SYO 2019 Regional NSW Orchestral Workshops

Sydney Youth Orchestras has a long history of touring youth orchestras throughout NSW and collaborating with young locals in workshops and concerts. In 2019, SYO will visit the following centres and hold orchestral workshops led by highly respected music educators and conductors on these dates:

Open to musicians playing at an AMEB Grade 3 equivalent standard or above
Restricted to Violins, Violas, Celli, Bass, Flute, Oboe, Bassoon, French Horn.

Each workshop is a $25.50 fee per participant, which includes refreshments and an SYO T-Shirt and transaction fee. Each workshop will involve different repertoire, which will become available closer to the date of each session. Repertoire will be sent directly to applicants that complete this form via the email address provided.

All information provided on the musician's behalf will be treated with the strictest confidentially and is required to ensure we can provide the best care for our participants.

SYO employees or volunteers can supply paracetamol with parental permission. For all other conditions or ailments, such as allergies, hayfever, colds etc, SYO musicians must have and administer their own medication. SYO employees or volunteers may supervise musicians in the administrating of medication, once parental permission is provided.
