Presented by some of the most highly experienced music educators and regular HSC markers, the HSC Summer School is specifically designed to assist students in Years 10, 11 & 12 (in 2022) to prepare for and polish their understanding of HSC Music 2 & Music Extension in a supportive and engaging environment.
HSC Summer School will focus on how students can be as successful as possible in the areas of Composition, Musicology and Sight Singing.
All Year 11 & 12 HSC Music 2/Extension students (in 2022) as well as Year 10 students (in 2022) preparing for HSC Music 2/Extension.
The HSC Summer School will run both online and in person, giving musicians who are unable to make it to Sydney the option to participate in the program.
There is an optional extra (for $50.00) of a one-on-one 30 minute composition workshop with Jeff Willey – HSC Senior Marker. You will receive direct feedback and advice on your composition or advice on how to get started with your composition.
